Manali Basecamp Handover (2,050 m / 6,725 ft)
Arrive in Old Manali. Bike allocation, fitment checks, paperwork, and an introductory ride through the pine forests of Solang Valley. Detailed mountain pass safety and tactical convoy briefing.
Manali to Jispa via Atal Tunnel & Lahaul Valley
Ride through the 9.02 km engineering marvel of Atal Tunnel, emerging into the dramatic rain-shadow canyon of Lahaul. Fuel up at Tandi (the last pump for 365 km). Overnight in riverside luxury camps in Jispa.
Jispa to Sarchu via Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft)
Climb to the emerald lake of Suraj Tal and scale Baralacha La Pass. Ride past walls of frozen snow into the high-altitude plateau of Sarchu on the Ladakh border. Medical oxygen checks at camp.
Sarchu to Leh via Gata Loops, Moore Plains & Tanglang La
Tackle the famous 21 Gata Loops hairpins, cross Nakee La and Lachung La, throttle across the 40 km flat expanse of Moore Plains, and conquer Tanglang La (17,480 ft) before descending to Leh.
Leh Basecamp — Rest & Mechanical Tune
Compulsory rest day in Leh. Comprehensive mechanical inspection of all 452 machines. Air filter cleanings, chain lubrication, and local monastery visits.
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (17,582 ft)
Scale the world-famous Khardung La pass in tactical formation. Descend to the high dunes of Hunder in Nubra Valley. Double-humped camel desert exploration.
Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok Canyon
Off-camber gravel, riverbed tracks, and water crossings along the Shyok River route directly into the turquoise wonderland of Pangong Tso.
Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,586 ft)
Traverse the deep water streams to cross Chang La Pass. Visit the cliff-hanging Thiksey Monastery before arriving in Leh for celebratory banquets.

International Rider & Expat Protocol
Over 70% of our pilots join us from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and Singapore. Our Leh operations desk coordinates all statutory border documentation and arrival logistics:
1. Protected Area Permits (PAP)
Foreign passport holders require statutory Protected Area Permits for Pangong, Nubra, and border corridors. Simply email your passport scan and valid Indian eVisa copy 14 days before arrival. Our Leh headquarters procures and stamps all original permits in advance.
2. Flight Logistics (DEL → IXL)
Fly into New Delhi (DEL) and take an early morning connecting flight to Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh (IXL). Domestic carriers allow checking riding boots and heavy gear. Our private chauffeur meets you directly at Leh arrivals for transfer to our heritage basecamp.
3. Mandatory 48-Hour Acclimatization
In strict compliance with Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) and Sonam Norboo Memorial Hospital protocols, all arriving pilots observe a compulsory 48-hour rest and gentle shakedown period in Leh (11,560 ft) before tackling high passes.
4. Licenses & Riding Safety
Riders must hold a valid domestic motorcycle operator license accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP). Bring your own ECE/DOT-certified full-face helmet, armored riding jacket, and waterproof adventure boots. We provide all motorcycle luggage racks and dry packs.
